A series of water-based cutting fluids are suitable for various metal processing applications.

Advantage:

Jijia water-soluble cutting fluid includes universal water-soluble cutting fluids and even special products designed for specific applications. The product is composed of SW series emulsion, semi synthetic cutting fluid, synthetic fluid, grinding fluid and ME series micro lotion.

Advantages: Contains extreme pressure additives to enhance cutting performance, lubrication additives, and special inhibitors for corrosion prevention of non-ferrous metals.

Highly emulsifying stability, even in areas supplying hard water, performs equally effectively. Low foaming ability, similar characteristics in soft water, and high biological stability.

It has excellent cooling ability and can meet the requirements of lubrication, cooling, and chip removal.

It does not contain phenolic ingredients, does not irritate the skin, and avoids long-term exposure to cancer by operators.

Jaeger SW-290 is a non-phenol, non-silicone and non-nitrite synthetic coolant, which can readily miscible with all types of water to produce clear dilution. It can effectively inhibit the precipitation of copper soap, flexibly applied to different types of operations of copper and copper alloys.
