JAEGER 500

JAEGER 500 is a heavy duty neat cutting oil, designed to provide the best performance under most demanding operating conditions and cutting metals which are extremely difficult to machine. Contains high content of active and inactive extreme pressure additives, reduces downtime effectively, extends the service life of tools and improves cutting speed, in the meantime maintains the surface finish of work-pieces at high level. Never recommend to machine non-ferrous metals as it contains active sulphur.

Jaeger 388(A) is a high performance, multi-purpose, chlorine free neat cutting oil. It is formulated with mineral oil, anti-corrosion, lubricity, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives to provide excellent EP performance, longer tool life and good surface finish.

JAEGER 391

Jaeger 391 is a gear grinding oil formulated with highly hydrogenated mineral oil, fortified with a combination of anti-corrosion, extreme pressure and anti-smoke additives. It has excellent lubricity, which can extend the service life of tool and improve the surface finish of workpiece effectively.

Jaeger 329 is a light colour, low sulphur neat cutting oil, specifically designed for medium to heavy duty machining of ferrous metals, as well as copper and aluminium alloys.

JAEGER 319

Jaeger 319 is a multi-functional chlorine free neat cutting oil formulated with highly refined base oil and complex extreme pressure additives. It can provide excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties to enhance the service life of tools and improve the surface finish of workpieces.

JAEGER 190

Jaeger 190 is a low viscosity, light yellow neat cutting and grinding oil designed for non-ferrous metals. It is formulated with highly refined mineral oil, anti-wear additives, anti-oxidants, anti-rust additives and anti-mist suppressants to provide superior lubricity, cooling, anti-mist and sedimentation and reduce the tendency of adhesion between chip and tools.

JAEGER 392

Jijia 329 is a light colored, low sulfur pure oil cutting fluid specially designed for medium and high load cutting processes of black metals, and can also be used for copper and aluminum alloy processing.

JAEGER 300

Jijia 300 is a light colored, highly active sulfur containing pure oil cutting fluid designed specifically for medium load cutting of medium strength black metals. This product has excellent lubrication and extreme pressure performance, which can effectively extend the service life of cutting tools and improve the surface smoothness of workpieces. The product contains an active sulfur formula and is not recommended for processing non-ferrous metals.

JAEGER CNC pure oil cutting fluid

Jijia CNC cutting fluid is a multifunctional chlorine free pure oil cutting fluid composed of highly refined base oil and special additives. This product has excellent extreme pressure resistance, rust prevention, thermal stability, and anti stick and slip performance, and is specifically designed for computer numerical control machining of medium to high-strength materials.
